EPM Charter

  1. Code of Conduct
    1. All members must be respectful to their superiors and peers.
    2. Every one should be at meetings of appointed time. They must come to at least 2 out of 5 meetings (C 10-1-00 #002)
  2. Ranks
    1. Grand Master, highest rank, has 3 votes
    2. Grand Knight, 6 weeks at previous rank, has 2 votes
    3. Knight, 4 weeks at previous rank, 1 vote
    4. Footman, 2 weeks at previous rank, 0 votes
    5. Peasent, new member, 0 votes
  3. Promotion/Demotion
    1. To be promoted you must follow all guidelines above.
    2. You must be at meetings, and be appointed into promotion by a superior.
    3. All members of voting rank will vote on promotion.
    4. Each member can only appoint or recruit 1 person a meeting.
    5. demotion will be appointed by superior and voted just as promotion.
  4. Recruitment
    1. To join you must be appointed by a knight or higher.
    2. Come to next meeting and membership will be voted upon.
  5. Changes
    1. All changes to this charter will be appointed and vote upon by uper ranks
    2. All changes are marked with ( the A for added or C for change then date of change or addition, then # of addition then another ) for ex this is:(A 10-1-00 #001)
  6. Tournies (A 10-1-00 #003)
    1. All tournies are on Blizzard approved maps, and must have appropriet game type as determined by the administrator.
    2. All respect issues go by this document.
